 How do I shop?

What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credits, PayPal, Apple Pay and now we offer SEZZLE!!
How much are your items? 
Most items are between $20 and $30. Each product will be clearly listed with its price.
Are you selling LLR (LuLaRoe)?
I do NOT sell LuLaroe however my leggings are made of the exact same material and are just as buttery soft!! While I personally love LLR I can appreciate that our products are made with the exact same quality and function at a fraction of the cost. The only difference would be in that some styles only come with an option of an elastic waistband; however, the majority come with a YOGA waistband and/or has an option for either Yoga or Elastic Waistband.
Do you make individual custom legging designs or take personal orders?
YES!!! We can absolutely make personal one-of-a-kind designs. There is a minimum amount required to be ordered and is usually in quantities of 5 to 10. Send me a private message and we can make arrangements to have your creation made into life!
Can I return an item I have purchased?
If the item is defective, absolutely! We will do our best to inspect our inventory before shipping but please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. In the rare case that an item is defective, please notify us via email within 3 business days at restlessleggingssyndrome@gmail.com.
Our Return Policy is - 14 day return/exchange of unworn item(s) and the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees (unless the item is damaged). Items must have original tags (if tags are not present it will need original packaging) be unwashed and unworn. Store credit will be issued if a replacement is not available. If your item is sold by one of the Direct Sales companies that I represent then your return/exchange will fall under each companies own return policy. If it is past the 14 day mark and you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way PLEASE reach out to me and we can work together on a possible solution.
Can I cancel my order?
I want everyone to be completely satisfied with their purchase even if that means they no longer want the item. If it is a RTS item and the order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued. If the item has already shipped, a refund will be issued minus the shipping fees & a 20% restocking fee. On Pre-Orders a refund of 60% will be issued. This is because once you place your order I then pay the manufacturer for that product. It is not always guaranteed that I can resell that item

An item says SOLD Out. When will it be available?
These things are very hard to predict and it is totally up to what the designer feels like creating at that time. Usually if enough interest is generated we are able to make another run of the product (hence the famous Tim Burton Character Inspired Shirt) however this isn't always guaranteed! This is why is it SO IMPORTANT to get in on those PreOrders!! Not only does it guarantee that you’ll get that piece you love BUT you also get about 30% off retail cost.
